Medicare Patients
PeakHealth MT's cash-pay weight-management program is not available to Medicare beneficiaries. This includes patients enrolled in Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan.
PeakHealth MT provides cash-pay clinical services and does not bill medical insurance. Patients may use commercial prescription coverage at their pharmacy when available. Medication coverage and cost are determined by the patient's pharmacy and prescription-drug plan. This program is not available to Medicare beneficiaries.
Modern medical options
Modern weight-loss medications may be part of your plan
Medication is one possible tool — never the whole plan, and never a given. After your evaluation and any labs Wesley orders, he'll talk with you honestly about whether a prescription makes clinical sense for you.
When clinically appropriate, treatment may include FDA-approved medications such as:

Not everyone qualifies for medication, and a prescription is never guaranteed. Medication is not included in PeakHealth MT's clinical fees — it is purchased separately at your pharmacy, and its cost is determined by your pharmacy and any prescription coverage you may have. PeakHealth MT does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, and does not guarantee coverage.
